Political aspect of reforms in an education system of the Russian Federation

Distinctive feature of education systems of the countries of the West and the Soviet union consists that in the capitalist countries prepare formation for the market while in the socialist country formation prepared for the person. For this reason also laws on formation are developed or only in interests of the elite as it becomes in the capitalist countries, or in interests of all citizens of the country as it was in Soviet Union. And when try to introduce this or that education system in the country with an incompatible socioeconomic structure this process gets especially inconsistent character from the political point of view.
